Made this wallpaper with a standard render of Izuna. Overlayed with a copy of it and added a blur to make it look a bit fuzzier.
Made the background with some stock pics of feathers, brushes of light bursts and distortion, fish-scale brushes and a render of the Uchiha clan logo. Put some grungy lines as a filter on top of it all.
The Sharingan is made with the lasso tool :D Added the distortion brushes on the sharingan and ended with adding the running goo stuff brush-thingy and colored it red, hoping it would look like blood lol
Finished off with his name in an eroded type font in red with black stroke and a slightly lighter colored sphere on the top to give it a cooler look.
