This is from "10 warriors of Tokyo", or in Japanese "Tokyo Jusyoden".
i don't know what the title is, nor who the author is but i think that autwork is really great, and i always wanted to share this pic. that is a scan from one of the Newtype from 1998 or 1999. hope you like it. and sorry for the quality but my scanner is very old.
