Hurray! I complete this time, this vector is my entry for MTM Wintry Wonderland 2013-14
Mai-chan I made it in time!
When I saw this scan then I finally decide to
vector it.
I really really like sakura-chan in that scan but the problem was that the quality of scan is not so good therefore
I'm not able to vector syaoran-kun too.I only know how to distribute anchor points in vectoring so this Indy art is
only made up by pure shape layers.

I kinda like the slightly unsteady lines around the hair, they look almost painted :o The highlights on her hair, too. The vector's clean and the colors are good, so no complaints about that~ Good job!
However, about the steam, I'd like to suggest using something other than fractal brushes: just drag some curved lines with your brush, then blur them using Blur at about 6-10 (depending on how thick your strokes are; the thicker they are, the more blur you apply).
