I use for wall this scan, this one is really primitive only three-coloured vector, even without shadings

I pretty like these type of wall, a simple concept and scheme colour, but the final result is really good for me! :3

Really cool wallpaper, yuko-chan! :D I love hoe all three of them have separate colors...

I like the color scheme too, it's perfect for someone who has to stare at a computer screen a lot because it's easy on the eyes. I'm not too fond of the font; judging by the elements behind it, I'd rather go with a more grungy one (this one's sort of "playful" and round and it doesn't really fit everything else). Also, the space on the right shouldn't be there: you can either move the text more to the right (and maybe add more bubbles) or crop it out altogether; as it is, it makes the rest of the wall look empty :/

But aside from that, the vector is clear and I like the "blank" outlines on the girl's hair. Good call on adding a texture, makes for a nice simple background without it looking overly empty (well, aside from the text thing). Good job!

I love this; great colors, great design.
Fuu, Jin, and Mugen all being in different colors was an excellent choice.
Using the splatter brushes to add a little grunge was a really nice touch. It just looks so great against the crisp vectoring~

I do agree with Pande that the text could be moved over to fill that void on the right and better balance the composition, but that's really the only big adjustment I can see making.
Well, maybe getting rid of the odd little creature near the text, and have the circle accents in the other two colors as well as pink.
The font works, but another one may have worked even better. Try free font sites if you're at a loss for variety.

Overall, really fantastic wallpaper. I can definitely foresee using this as my background~
Please keep up the great work!
