Hi there, guys! I finally finished this wallpaper, I start work on it it last year (lol) it wasn't so hard, I just forget about it^^
I used for vectoring this scan
Gintama#543928

lovely and funny pic, but poor Shinpachi-kun))
Firstly I wasn't going to change anything on this picture, but in process I decided to draw Kagura-chan without her cap, I think in this way she looks more girlish (or may be not^^), also in my view lemon-yellow blouse fits better to her bright orange hair

Must say that I'm a big fan of Gintama and I wish I could see more arts about it!

aww how cute and adorable ! I'm a big time gintama fan and I felt you captured the chaotic fun nicely. really like the colors you chose, very interesting, bright and cheerful. well done on the whole piece !

    This is gonna sound bad.

The colors don't go together too well. You have certain areas with bright colors (girl's hair, dude's eyes, the paint splatters and her sweater), while the rest is duller. You've used all 3 primary colors (blue, yellow and red) with only gray to tone them down; now, I'm either for using at most 2 strong colors, or going crazy and making everything clashing. Here, it's kinda middle ground and it just looks...lost to me. It would also help to include some green in there, aside from the unfortunate dude's sweater. Maybe some bushes or trees?
The skin tones also look kinda sickly, for a lack of a better term. I'd go with making the outlines darker and the shading slightly more reddish next time.

A big "no" to the texture on the wall. Too strong and too big. The farther an object is, the less clear the texture on it is. Such a rough texture doesn't fit the rest of the wallpaper either, which is clean and pastel. It's kinda like having a 3D object among 2D ones: it stands out too much, no cohesion with the rest.

I like the lines on the vectors, though, and the vectors themselves are well done. Aside from the more pronounced outlines and more reddish skin tones (get that blood flowing, lol), I can't find anything to complain about.
