It seems Atlas was only drifting outside of his barracks in a middle of a snow storm trying to gather his awareness if there aren't any hostile forces to invade their outpost somewhere in northern part of Norway.

I've decided to put the primary tag as Member Art because I have a feeling that everyone on MT is going to change Command and Conquer to either Original or Member, plus there aren't any of the fan pics that have been drawn in anime style which I don't mind at all anyways :P
