Wow, this piece just seems to flow so nicely! I especially like the fact that you distorted the stars instead of keeping them straight and pointy, it looks like they're floating around the couple. It's a real treat to see so many pastel colors together, and the texture in the background prevents it from looking too empty.

The only thing I don't really like is the fact that some parts of the outline appear jagged - particularly, near the girl's jaw and arms. Probably from the outlines being too thin? You can cover this up by duplicating the outline layer and blurring it slightly, or making the outlines a bit thicker. But since I have a much smaller resolution than 2560x1440, it's not noticeable on my desktop.

Regardless, I know what my current wallpaper is :3

Wow, this is very pretty. I love the colors and the overall softness. I especially love what you've done with the stars here - and the background has just enough texture that it compliments the rest of the wallpaper instead of feeling empty. Well done, very lovely :D

This looks pretty good. I like the fact that you chose this scan to vector. I truly love it when there is a certain "motion" in a picture, drawing, scan. It gives a magical and dramatic touch no matter what you do with it! In other words, great choice of scan.

You should have used colored outlines! They make it less jagged and especially when using soft tones, it will fit in better overal. Just like you did with the stars. Also, blur it a little. Even the coloured parts look a bit jaggy. I somehow wish the background wasn't entirely one colour. The left side is left rather empty or monotone like this. Perhaps you should have extended the right part of the scan and centered both characters? I mean, it's entirely focused on everything but the left side. This way, if you don't bring ENOUGH "wow" to what you have there, the left side starts looking awfully plain. Perhaps a bit more nice effects to avert the eyes more to the vector? (if it were just the girl, it would have been fine composition-wise)
