To create this wallpaper I've used illustrator where I've vectored a character screenshot from the Magic Knight Anime.
After that, with Illustrator I've created bubbles and water and putted a shade as background.
With Photoshop I've added a really soft white brush to create the light effect on the character chest.

This is very beautiful and very clean. I love what you've done with the water. My one suggestion would just be to outline your work, because it would just be so much more dynamic. Lovely wall and Merry Christmas!
