Not really much to say lol...
First I sketched the poses out. Then I just started sketching everything in.
Tried to mess with toning and stuff in black and white... It just looked plain ugly XD.
Eventually, I decided to try messing with coloring it. It somehow ended up as a very simple wallpaper.
Time:
Sketching ~ 3+ hours
Coloring ~ 3 + hours?
Tools used:
Manga Studio 5 EX - Sketching, painting
Photoshop CS5.5 - Small color adjustments
Color Efex Pro 4 - Small retouching to make colors a bit warmer

I just love the lineart. You drew it so beautifully. *sucker for wonderful lineart*
And I'm really glad it's sepia-toned instead of black; I think black would have been too harsh.
Of course the art's beautiful, as well~How you can't distinguish the ground from the sky somehow works well with the overall wallpaper.
The colors are also great; I really like the soft-ness.
The combination of the two creates a gentle atmosphere that I think if perfect.My only constructional criticism is of Luffy's hand(s); now, it is a very difficult angle, but they seem somewhat un-proportionally small to me.
But, in my opinion, hands are THE most difficult part of human anatomy to draw. Considering that, I think you did an excellent job on the one hand and portions of hands we can see.Beautiful wallpaper.

Lovely :) and I must second Doki's comment about the hands - they are strangely angled and out of proportion with the rest of his body. But otherwise, extra kudos to you for making original art, and so nicely done at that!
