This looks pretty stylish and neat from the thumbnail but upon full view, there are some issues you might want to fix or pay attention to in your next walls - for example - there are some inconsistencies in the way you outlined and colored the characters.
Upon full view, Naoto's lines are pretty neat and crisp and then everyone else - Haine, Badou and Mihai - for some reason, look pretty blurry and smudged all over. Not sure what happened there but the outcome looks pretty imbalanced and weird. The outer edge of that target circle is also a bit sharp and jagged in places while some of those blood spatters(?) in the background look pixelated and blurry again. There are also some color leaks, especially in Badou's hair.
Don't take this as something negative, I'm just trying to point out the flaws so you could improve on them next time and make your future works better quality-wise. You have a good eye for design and colors, you just need to practice a bit more with Pen tool (by using Shape Layers instead of Paths, too) to make it all look even better. Keep it up! :)

Nope I'm actually very grateful for the critic :D There are flaws I wasn't able to notice since I'm to excited making it myself hehehe. With regards the lineart, yes everyone seemed so jagged and burry except Naoto, during that time I only have my mouse so yes I use paths which seemed to be a bad idea T<T When I finally have my pen, well my lazyness got over me so I don't want to redraw them again hihi BUT since you pointed that out I'll try re-drawing them again.

I really like the design. It look so cool. But just one thing bothers me. I understand that the left side is for icons and such but it's way too empty and not balanced.
