The wet skin effect seems good as does the wet hair look. There seems to be insufficient raindrops on the clothing, incongruous, compared relative to as wet as the rest of the subject appears to be. Yet, still the overall rain effect is very convincing. I especially think that the water dripping from the hand has a good sense of realism to it.

I like your style! Very unique--
My only critique is that the water spots on his shirt are too round. With the amount of rain going on in the background there shouldn't be any dry spots on his shoulders.
