I don't normally submit fan art (read: never) >.< What the hell, hope it's good enough.
I've gotten unbelievably lazy lately and not paying attention to right proportions and such, so I accidentally
surprised myself when looking through my older drawings. Now I draw only during class, and I'm too bored to pay
full attention to either that or the class itself, lol. This was drawn at home, where I had access to my box of colored
pencils that I've been collecting since I was a kid, so you can pretty much find any brand in there.
If you're wondering about her torso/ribs, I initially wanted to give her a more forced pose - like you see on the covers of some American superhero comics - but settled on just making her stretch her arm (it's still an impossibly uncomfortable pose). I love how her skirt and boots came out, though <3
I didn't alter the colors aside from removing scanning artifacts, this is pretty much how they appear on paper. I have terribly shaky hands when it comes to outlining, unfortunately >.< Original outline was done in pencil, outlined with a simple black 0.5 pen and the outline was outlined with a thicker black CD marker. The entire image is about the same dimensions as an A4 sheet of paper.
