I think you are missing a line by his neck, otherwise his neck would be thicker as his head. The face proportions are okay, maybe the nose line could be a bit thicker, and his bottom part feels a lot empty compared the upper one. Also even if this is hand drawn, maybe you could add a few stences from your part, nope?
