Your work is getting better as you refine your style. The lighting is more effective and the overall look is OK because you aren't going for realism, but an anime or manga style. Still more little details might be nice. Also the highlights in the subjects eyes should be more on the same side as they reflect the same light sources.

When Kermit takes his likely journey, the ambient breeze blows in the background as the Alaskan snow falls on the
mountains that separates the view between valleys.
I haven't been seeing much of him for a long time so I've decided to draw him and post it on DA/MT. I'm
really appreciated how the mountains turned out to be so ambient.
