Nocturne Works Wallpaper: Love to draw

First time making a wallpaper larger than 1024x768 and without using paint brushes =o='
So, yesterday I made an ava using this tutorial(found it in pandemonium91's sig) and then added text. And I liked it! So I thought why not make a wallpaper just like that? :P

And so I followed the tutorial again, this time for the full view scan. I chose a more or less square version so that it is similar to the avy and easier for me to make ^^;
Then I used median filter on a layer and put it on linear burn. Blurred and sharpened a few parts of the wall. Then added the text. using Arial and Orial font. And then added the white space to the left which serves two purposes: The scan had the white space too, so I saved myself the efforts to try to extend the scan by painting or something which would have failed anyways. And secondly, it makes space for important desktop icons which will be more visible than other ones placed elsewhere. I always have trouble finding those icons >.<
