This wallpaper seems a bit filter heavy, but I'm happy that this scan got walled nevertheless. :)

I haven't a clue what the original scan looked like, but I certainly find the effect applied to the colors suitable for the idea. Now if only I could recall the name of that effect/filter. I know I've toyed with it before...

Pretty wallpaper. The idea is original and interesting. I put into my favs! :)

If you're wondering the filter I used, I used one of the Filter's in kpt6, I forget now which it is... and I'm too lazy to go check, but I think it's Pyramid... layered upon Pyramid... layered upon Pyramid... then desaturated to hell and back. :)
