Those wings are really pretty, and the sparkles are what add to it greatly ^^ the colours are good to what you chose, matches with the scan, and accents it well.. also the multiple colours on the wings make them somewhat magical, very nice feeling I get from that. Butterflies are well placed too in the background, they don't look odd, and add to it in a good way.. the scan is cute, the couple looks happy, I like it, and nice choice of font too.. excellent work Rena-chan ^^ I hope to see more from you, this is a favourite ^_^
