I recently finished watching Cowboy Bebop and really like it. And I also wanted to make a wallpaper.
So, I took a screencap of cowboy bebop ep.4 scene when he walks towards the er.. cathedral to meet Vicious. So I started painting the clouds from that scene with colors from this palette:
But then.. somehow it seemed as if i'm looking at spike from above.. so i painted some clouds on the lower side.. and tried to draw two hands meaning to show that we are looking from above.. then I thought

But then I realized I can't draw hands.. or any definite features.. just clouds, water and small things (like that tiny Spike) So I scrapped the idea of drawing hands, and also showing Spike walking on ground and instead placed him In the clouds and showing some stair-like cloudy formation behind him

By the end of the process the wallpaper looked nowhere near to the scene i started with ^^;
Oh and I tried my hand at lighting... I think i did the best I could... before i got tired.. =.='

and SORRY FOR THE TINY SPIKE(just like the tiny Ginko in my previous wall) BUT I CAN'T DRAW HIM ANY BIGGER. Sorry >.<

And I'm not really sure if this wall is acceptable from the contest because though i didn't use any other colors that those given in the palette, i Did smudge them and that changes their shades a bit.. and it's not even distantly related to autumn.. so.. -.-'
