Only about 20 layers... its very simple but sometimes thats the best way to go :)

Cool ^_^ But the scan needs better cleaning. As for the rain (this could just be personal preference), but I think the individual ends of the rain could be sharper and faded better. Concept-wise, very neat XD

Expressive and silent... I love the relaxing stormy atmosphere... Great usage of dark tones as well as a perfect placement of all the elements... This is such a well-made wall, everything is very altogether and blending at the same time... Amazing how you made such a wonderful bg that presents a calm rain but thunderous condition... Awesome job in this! You've really made a wall fitting for the prince of the underworld!
