I second the 3D gear thing - it really looks awesome, especially since I usually suck at techy stuff, lol.
I also love the colors and his pose - it's very dynamic and conveys the movement perfectly. And most of all, I like his expression/face; you've really improved a lot when it comes to facial expressions. Nice job! :D
