Q-Q I wanted to look at this closer but it won't load for me
my first reaction was actually "K-KIRITO!" u-u probably cuz just met someone in a game with that game , brought back my SAO memories.
I can hardly offer any good comment without seeing this properlly u-u
the only noticeable thing I can see right now is that the bg don't match with the colouring style of the characters so coherence is a bit low, but I hardly draw bg so it's hard to say what can be fixed;;; I suppose more solid lines and less soft edges on the colours would help. -

I kinda have a habit of watering down my BGs when I want to put emphasis on something, this time on the contrast between the black and white clothing.
Alas, I hardly have enough experience with painting BGs so they rarely go the way I want.
Anyway, thank for the comment! I'll definitely keep that in mind on future works.
