Vector created in AI CS4. Based upon a scan from nagimiso.sys Quantum Singer Illustrations Reactor Girl.
Much time was spend on getting all the shadow effects right. Some parts of the character was cut off by the boundaries and have been fixed in this vector. As you can see here.
