This one was requested and I didn't even know the series when I was making it. It was gut feeling and luck that I matched Neuro's personality with this wallpaper. At first I planned to use much more of his body (oh, how wrong it sounds...) but decided for actually a bust. It was fun to make his eyes cause they're the only thing I didn't vector/vexel however you call pentool using. At first I didn't put the lines on his suit but then I thought it might be a good idea and I liked it better. I also planned on making something on the left side, maybe sobe text? But I didn't have any idea and at that time I had real mess on my desktop so I decided to leave the space open for people as tidy as me...
This anime needs some love! It's good!
