Hello Again;
This wallpaper has been revised for the Wallpaper Games-2 @ MT.net : Match 02 - Pets!
I created a second version of this wallpaper because I needed too. I needed to create it the way that I wanted and not the way it turned out in Version 1. Not to say that I don't like Version 1. I do. I wouldn't of uploaded it if I didn't.
But as you can tell Version 2 has quite a few changes. And I am greatly pleased with it as I hope you will be too.
Wall's Vision: Princess Shuurei is envisioned to be standing on a tall hill or something in the night. Over looking the night scape with no artificial light for the series was based in early century time. But also this is envisioned - for those whom know the show - that this is an image to be depicted from someone whom followed her or was there themselves. Like King Ryuuki Shi or Seiran Shi. *^^*heh

Images: Version 1 & 2
The main character: Shurrei - is a vector from the image: 
/ Under the cherry blossom tree.
The vector of her took quite a long time. There were some area's like Shurrei's pig-tail holders. I had to use
another image to figure out what that looked like and that image was: 
/ Saiunkoku Monogatari ch.1 illustration.
After I figured that out; things went a bit more smoothly. I am very proud of this vector even though you can't see all the details.

While the Clouds - were inspired by personal night vision of the clouds but not limited too. Cloud searches of real an anime style clouds were viewed in determining what was wanted in this wall. And let me tell you.. it wasn't easy.
The Stars - were a brush from DA! - an old one... but my favorite. So, I edited out a few stars that were in it and just edited a few times just because.
The Moon - is compiled of filter effects, possible blur tool, and circle tool. While the Ring or Rings around the moon are a Gimp special effect with filter effects and such.
The Sky BG - itself is a circle granite.

Not to impressive once you get down to it but I enjoyed re-making this wall a whole lot!

Version 2: In short some of the clouds were imported from Version 1. Most altered in one way or another. With a few getting completely changed into something else or just half erased. And of course the 'Shooting Star' is re-make completely!
