er, I dont like this kinda stuff but anyway, *looks at background* the sky was done very nicely. There could have been a little less stars, but maybe a little sparkly trial instead of the normal line that trials. Or some more effects could have been done to the sky to enhance it and make it even better ^-^ The water looks a little too simple, but that can't really be helped...but, I like what you did, its very nice ^-^ Your skills are very good ^_^.
