It's Revolutionary Girl Utena.I've seen the series and movie.It's actually a srtange anime but it's entertaining.I like this scan because it actually has a lot more vibrance than the anime.Oh yeah and I did'nt know that Anthys dress was so revealing.:she's pretty with her hair down:
