It's nice, actually, but the text across the middle is somewhat distracting from the aesthetic beauty of the piece. The hair is very nicely rendered and the proportions are good. Personally I prefer just a bit more color. I find just a bit of bright red does wonders, especially if you have several other colors with which it can compete. The one thing that troubles me is the blurry and splotchy washed out orange/gold area on the subject's lower back. Although there is little detail in the background it serves to direct the viewers focus to the facial expression which is very good.
