Uh, I'm not even sure anymore whether this looks good or not. I've been ill for about a week and I spent the time walling instead of doing work for school. This wall took like four days and 50 layers altogether.

I watched K Project last week and fell in love with it (mostly because of all the hot guys). And then I was browsing Minitokyo and realized there aren't many K Project walls yet. I wanted to make a wall with the main characters and this scan was the prettiest scenic scan with them I could find.

I wanted to keep the original composition. So I painted + vectored the trio but I was too lazy to draw the rest of Shiro's leg so I used the grass from here to cover it. I also added flowers from here. The background grass comes from this scan, over which I painted, and drew the edges. It was a lot of copy-pasting and some rendering so that the grass wouldn't look the same everywhere. I painted the bushes, the sea and the island. I was too lazy to paint/vector the bridge (like seriously), so I cropped it from the anime and remade it a little to fit the composition better. The sky comes from the same scan as the grass in the foreground.

The title is not very creative. The scan reminded me of a scene in the anime (exactly the one from which I cropped the bridge), when the three were standing/sitting under the bridge and Neko was talking about having come home (she meant Shiro's school). Sooo, from there comes my 'sweet home'.

I hope you're not tired of K Project walls yet and that you'll like this one! :)

This wallpaper looks so lively and can feel relaxing.
In fact, I prefer the signature put at the bottom of wallpaper instead of the top but overall is nice. Good Work.
    Thanks for sharing.

A perfect example of how to rework a scan into a great wallpaper. Same scene as in the original but looks WAY better!
I wish more people saw this and learned.

interesting wall, I like how you centered them and cast the city life in the background. have to admit the flying birds are a rather cute addition to the piece and seems to complete it well, nicely done.

Nice job, like the environmental details, like the rust of the column, makes it look so real.
