You did a remarkable job, still your peers will no doubt wish to know more details. The shadows employed are in keeping with the directional light source from the right. Asuka's eyes are the obvious focal point and the rain and cloudiness have subdued her naturally bright hair colors. Still, there seems to be too faint of a shadow on the right side of the umbrella. It's actually quite good overall; I especially admire the obvious raindrops on her overcoat.

I was inspiring from this tutorial, but
i'm too lazy (and especially i don't know japanese) to follow it decently.
Not so much to say... sketch and lineart in Paint tool sai, colors and effects in Photoshop
I used some texture for the paper effect.. but i don't remember from where

well she's cute ! I like the detail and depth you did to the raindrops on her hoodie before the umbrella came into play.
