Please be more specific about the wallpaper - we want to know about the walling process, not the character/series you walled. And don't forget to link to the resources/images you used.
Yui (ユイ, Yui) is a big fan of Girls Dead Monster, also acting as an assistant for publicity and other matters. She became the lead vocalist after Iwasawa disappeared. She had sung "Thousand Enemies" as a lead vocalist while the other song, "Shine Days", was not fully sung in the series, but only its chorus. Her singing voice is LiSA.

Just in case you've misplaced the link to the vector you utilized, here's a: Link, but still follow all of Alena's advice.
As for critique: lol, I think it's a bit weird to have snow and schoolgirls in the same wallpaper, but hey, that's just my preference; but I kind of want to offer her a blanket and hot chocolate. Besides that, the main thing I can say about this is that in the process of working with the vector, it ended up with some noticeable uneven edges, which makes the background and the character mesh less. Smoothing out those edges would make this better.
There's a few other minor issues, but I think this would look nice on someone's desktop.

IMO this isn't a bad wallpaper per se, it just looks a lot like official wallpapers (which could explain the randomness of schoolgirl + huge logo + snowflakes + abstract background). To be honest, I kind of like the combination of bright red and green, it works in a non-Christmasy way.
However, I don't like the fact that you covered the girl with the logo; you chose to cover up a pretty and well done vector and left the left side too empty, since the badge is too little to compensate for the girl, logo and effects on the right. It'd look better if you moved the logo on the left side, keeping the same distance from the left as you did from the right.
But yes, for future reference, please write more about hwo you made the wallpaper and link to your resources, instead of writing a character description; otherwise, you risk having your works deleted. We can Google, you know (well, some of us are exceptionally lazy, but still ^_^").
