I just died when saw this scene in chapter 20 of Psycho-Pass today, so I took a screenshot and vectored it <3.

Used Illustrator and Photoshop CS3.

    I actually like the sky that you did much better because it's more interesting, colorful, and has more depth. It's a nice vector; it would be good to see more of your work.
