Hello to everyone...
Today, I have a new wallpaper for you, I hope you like,
this time is of one of my favorite characters... I think that
it is my third wallpaper of Arashi... [AcuaTicAs] by suzukaseed,
in this wallpaper, I use brushes of water, color change in
Arashi's kimono, many layers in blue tones to be able to see
the color in the water in screen mode, overlay and soft light,
also, I add some yellow shines surrounding to Arashi... it was
complicated to create the visual effect of the water... but
the final composition pleases myself... This wallpaper is dedicated
to all X -1999 fans.
The original scan is here by Marissa... I thank you to see
my wallpaper, I also appreciate infinitely favorites and I enjoy a
lot to read comments, so please write something...

even though it's simple you did a wonderful job on it, it's one of the older ones and it's always nice the tribute people do to the older works. I rather like the detail you did to the girl and you used a nice color combination, even though you used dark colors, for the most part, they blended well.

Love X-1999 and always hope they finish it someday. :/ Great art piece here. The water and shades of blue really help to bring out oarts of her character. Very nice pose selected for the wall as well.
