I like this wall overall, but there are a couple things that I might personally change. I'm not fond of the light coming from Al's eyes... I think it's more distracting than anything. Also, to clean up some of the grain in the scan, I would probably take a soft smudge brush at like 8-10% and go over it. Other than this, I love it. I think the night sky in the bg is great too :)

Wow, it's always great to see the three basic alchemic colors used for fma... Love that snowy effect that adds zest and as you have mentioned, that cheerful and festive spirit... Very very neat... This wall has that special feel to it and I really like how it depicts a sense of rush and excitement... Great as always, love how you highlighted the image and made it stand out! ^^
