I find this beautiful picture
and wanted to make a wallpaper with it, so vectored all elements (in adding some details on hair, eyes, clothes and tree). Then I worked on the whole atmosphere in playing with colors, contrast and light. I made several versions, more or less red / magenta, and adding different painted skies or BG. I hope you'll like it!

The vector is very nice, especially the hair and I like her lips this time. Usually you make lips look too solid and flat but they look very nice here.
But I think you should definitely stop blurring everything so much. Blur works fine for things that are soft in general like eyes and lips but when have you ever seen a tree that looks so soft and smooth? Trees are rough and sharp in texture, not soft and blurry. I mean, even her hair, that's supposed to be a soft and silky thing, looks sharper than that tree. I think you should definitely start using some textures in your wallpapers, especially for things like concrete, trees, buildings and things that are rough and solid in general.
She also looks more or less fine in that light version but in all others, the lighting is off since she is too bright compared to the setting around her. That's the problem with your wallpapers and lighting in them - you vector the characters nicely, no complaints there and then you create a background of your own that's usually different from the original scan/vector you made. And then you just stop at that and there lies the problem - you can't just vector the character as it is in the original and place them in a different background setting without adjusting that character to that setting. That's why all your wallpapers look unbalanced and weird when it comes to shading and lighting which is a real shame since they have so much potential.Don't know if you're willing to read it but I made a lighting tutorial not too long ago.
