Well, this is my first wallpaper with a vector. I took a screenshot from Google, resized to make it bigger, and then I made the lineart on Paint Tool Sai. Yesterday, I made the colors and shadows on Photoshop, using the same colors of the screenshot. I have some experience with the Pen Tool, so it was kinda easy.
For the background, I used a pattern, used hue/saturation to make it all red and blur to erase the stripes of the pattern. I also used a grey pattern with little lights in overlay, a city stock in overlay, a old brush I have for the top and the bottom (in white with overlay), a purple light texture over all and then I wrote the phrases and put the heart brush next to it.
Since Valentine's Day is coming, I decided to make something based on Megumi's obsessive love for Natsuno. And well, that's it.
Obs: Sorry for the english, I'm brazilian.
Obs: If I did something wrong, please take it easy. I know almost nothing about things in Minitokyo.
