Nice to see you 'remembered' this time.
Hm, what to say...? Well for a start, usually I don't like that shade of purple, but it works alright here.I do like the desaturated band in the middle (though i don't know why it's cut off at the left - there's also some black glow/feather missing in that area - be careful to spot things like that); however I think it could be larger. The wall seems a bit top-heavy with purple. Make the top border the same height as the brunette's eyes. It will draw the viewer's eye along and help focus on the image.
Your extraction could use a lot of work. If that's the magic wand, don't use it next time. Use the polygonal lasso and zoom in about 400%. It might take a while longer, but the results are one hell of a lot better than what you've got. Check out the extraction tutorial here: http://imanimetions.net/
Look at other tutorials, too. Add some brushes, light, anything...
Learn how to do something other than colourise a random clouds filter. Frankly, a rabbit's uncle could do that.
If you put a shadow across the characters, I'd suggest level them up (crtl+L) their colours look rather dull and fade into the grey.Finally, it may be just me, but the wall has an unclarity that makes me think it was made for a 1024 screen then just blown up. Apply some unsharp mask to the image and text in particular.
