Wow! I love the detail, and the shading. Your precise anatomy is very good especially with hands and feet, bare feet! You must teach me the way of the "well drawn toes"! Your wings and feathers are drawn really well. The way you positioned her body was really good, I do commend you on that.
I can see a lot of effort that you put in this - it paid off well. Here's a bit of C&C, but I'm not very good at it... Her right arm seems a bit long, just her forearm. It should be a little bit shorter, or extend the upper part of her arm, so that her elbow is higher. This doesn't need to apply if this is your style, or if her arm is coming out towards the viewer.
