Sailor Saturn was my favourite senshi at one point.
I still think her character development was the most memorable. I liked it when good characters turn bad :D I also liked
Chibiusa's change to Black Lady.
And Hotaru was so beautiful as Mistress 9. So, here is a vector for her honor :D
I used the pen tool in Photoshop for both lineart and coloring. Took me about 2 hours.
