Well I've had this picture for a long time but I could never decide what to do with it. Then a few months ago I was a judge for a contest where you had to use this bible verse in a wall. Since I was a judge I couldn't enter but I kept thinking the verse would fit this image perfectly, so I finally used it!
I tried to make a more realistic sky then I normally do (not as many stars XD) And I was trying out this new technique for clouds. The moon is a stock photo XD and so are the clouds (from sxc.hu) . The grass and grass blades are from the original picture. Some of the stars are brushes but I can't remember where I got them. ^_^;;
This is definately not my most spectacular wall, but it has a sort of... calmness that I like. Lol, I should use it during exam week. XD

Not bad Myrrh! For some reason though, even though the sky is more realistic...something just seems odd to me. I don't know what it is though. >.> I do think the hill came out great, and the glowy effect on whatever his name is text book example of how an outer glow should be used--subtly, softly. I like it, but I think you're right, it isn't your bestest work ever. Still, that doesn't make it any less great!

Looks much nicer than what you said! :) I definitely like how your sky turned out...I'm not much into bible verses -.-, so I can't say much there, but otherwise, I think it looks very good! And for a stock photo of a moon, it fits damn well into your wall! :) Awesome work!

not many stars ? imo they are many ~ for me. i think your techniques for the clouds and the gras is good :-) . the stockphoto of the moon works well. =) btw i find it very good that someone, you, have used a male chara.. it gives so many wps with females on it (i know. i do it too but its because i dont find usefull charas which are males ;__; )

Hmmm, I like the image.... and I really like the clouds and moon, very nice.
This definitely isn't your best wall, but you did a nice job anyway. I really think it would have been better if you'd maybe added some color in the background, it just seems really empty. *shrugs*

omg!!! i kno the manga that this is from!!! wow this is the first time that i've seen a scan from this series being walled (well beside the crappy one that i made way back) teehee^^ this is nice, it'd be better if there was more light. anyways that's a cool scan and you did a good job with it :D
