Randomly sketched this with green hair at first, then I tried playing with other hues and I thought icy blue would look nice on her.
I'm not exactly sure about her pose, I'm always a failure when it comes to the anatomy. -.- What do you think?
I love painting the hair, although they should be more flowy here. Hmm.

Capricorn is half fish and half goat. Hopefully I'll do more zodiac related arts later.

Textures here from DyingBeautyStock and Resurgere

I think her hair is flowy enough, lol. I also suck at anatomy so I'm not sure about it either but it looks okay to me. I also think blue hair fits her more nicely since it makes her look more cool and aloof as Capricorns are usually portrayed. Great job! :D

pretty :D I love her design. About the anatomy, I think her back looks a little too skinny/boney compared to her face and arm. That might just be the "fish" look you where going for cause I see scales forming in the lower corner of her body. The mouth also looks a little small but overall its very lovely and kudos to the cool character design :3

Nice to see an Indy from you gaara~ Love the contrast between all of the blue and the red fish. I agree with chubby about the boniness of her back... there's an odd hump right at the base of her hair in the back...

Aside from that, I think you did a nice job-- always fun to see your original art!
