it's a character from Ragnarok (:p) a japanese manga (in three book if i made no mistake) , ragnarok is actually the name of the sword of this man but she is masked in this scan.
I don't know if this is the same "Ragnarok", but until someone tells me for sure otherwise, I'll just leave it filed here. ^_^' <-hasn't read this, or played the online game.
Personally, I love how his head's bowed/cropped at the top. :) He looks physically massive - it's awesome. That, and the shading on his chest's muscle definition reminds me of angel wings. XD~<3

Bucketie!!!! You don't know how happy you made me today. XD I ve been looking for the piccies of this Ragnarok. T_T*tears of joy* What Barratis said is correct. this is a japanese ragnarok and not related to the online nor the anime. ^^ The goodie thing about this is that this is the recent manga of Saber Marionnette J's mangaka "Kotobuki Tsukasa". XD Wawaweeeeeeee!!!!! Praise Bucketie!!XD

She's right, the sword is called Ragnarok and the book is called Sword Of The Dark Ones, i know it cause i have volume 1 of it, anyway this is the first time i see pics from it, thankz for sharing. Take care.Live on!!! :D

Um i don't think this is ragnarok online. But it is quite cool. I think it does not have anything to do with Ragnarok Online, its mange or its animation.
(actually, ragnarok online also has a manga version. Its four main characters are Chaos, Loki, Iris and Fenris(or Penril)
