Whoa....the water is very nice.. excellent work... ^___^
but I'm not sure about the water drops (or snow flakes?) scattered on the whole wall... looks a bit weird...
and the grass needs to be more dense.....
but overall, this one is very nice.... and very cute scan used!! :D

Nice, like Korgano said, you should remove the waterdrops or snowflakes whatever they are you should remove them.
Also you should work on your textography but Nice ^^
