Not sure who the woman is, but the name of the man is Antonio de Borgia. I think he's a cardinal.

Backstory: Helga von Voglewiede --aka the Ice Witch of the RKO-- was masquerading as the Countess of Anhalt, Christina, in order to infiltrate the Vatican and was using Antonio in oder to do it. (I can see why she used him for that task... guy can't resist the ladies.)
