If im not mistaken this must be from Melty Blood, a fighting game for Playstation and PC and such. Its a lovley scan, and I love this military-like girl a lot! Those who hasnt played the game really should. She's a real badass girl who uses strings and a gun as weapons. Thanks a lot for the upload!

Her name's Sion Eltnam Atlasia. I have this game on the PS2 but I can't understand crap about what they're saying in the game coz it's in Japanese. Good thing it's a just a fighting game though.
