It's been a long time since I made more ambitious wall, not oriented around typography and simplified design, but I don't want to get out of shape :3 This wall was started year ago, and for many months it looked like it'll be one of many abandoned WIPs I have. In the end, I've been working hard on finishing it recently and here it is!

Just to note, even through it's Touhou scan I wasn't making this wall with Touhou in mind, hence many color changes to character appearance (darker skin). Character was made pretty much grayscale, as I like it most, but at same time bg cast some colored highlights, so I think it's interesting experiment if you think about it like that :D
Flames comes mostly from various other scans, and the whole idea was based on this song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VLN8VBFaEO4
or to be more specific, on 2 first lines:I want to live in fire with all the tastes I desire

Whoo, I love that fire and the way you made everything look so dynamic; she definitely looks better in your darker, more monochrome version. I think she could use more brighter and prominent highlights on her hair and skin since there's a great amount of close fire around her but other than that, this is love. Good to see you're still in shape! :D

oh my goodness ! the detail to the fire alone sucked me in, but upon seeing the rest of the stuff, I have to admit it is seriously outstanding ! so going to fav and you did a wonderful touhou tribute !

I love the fire and her eyes looks cool^^ Though I agree with Lena-chan, her hair and skin needs a bit more color/highlights to them. All in all though nice work :)
