    i like the background.
    and i like the image.
    i just wished they blended together more.
    in fact, i LOVE the background, and i LOVE the character image. but they look to seperate.
    also, the extraction on the char could use a lil work.
    it's really cool, but could use a bit of tweaking IMO.

    I thought so....Mr. Toons source of inspiration comes from the beautiful women that surround him...DAMN!
    Anyways wow thats quite amazing Toon, that background alone is simply gorgeous and I love the choice of blue used for it. Looks so very vast and deep, like a sea of blue. I really also enjoy the effects you've used in this background, not only do they look great. But I love the choice of what you've used and how you used them as well. Excellant work. As for the girl......very adorable ^.~ High quality and looks perfect with this background. What can I say Toon? This honestly is one of your best walls to date (personal opinion) Instant favorite of the day for me and I love it! Beauty held in ice forever.
