There are some jagged lines here and there you might want to be careful about in the future but the main problem is the blurriness of characters - compared to the background elements like those temples and sakura that are pretty much in focus, the characters look too blurry, making the whole wallpaper appear as if the focus wasn't on them, but on that background (which, I'm guessing, wasn't the original idea). It's okay to use blur now and then to make things look a bit smoother but be careful not to overdo it. :)

I'm with the above poster/commenter, the idea is good, the background itself could stand alone, but the characters look out of place, over all they blend decent, but don't let us scare you away, just keep up the good work
