Another warm-up wall! I really wanted to just wall Iskandar/Rider but I am so out of practice it would probably turn out horribly .-.

Not going to make this descript long since I wrote a wall-of-text walkthrough to go with 3 videos for this- the most complete recording of my work process so far! They're all linked in the walloftext but I'll link them here as well.

So I really wanted to comment on this.

Miwa + Saber = Incredible piece. With a lot of custom pieces, I've noticed that the common thing these days is to completely shift the character itself by changing the skin color, lighting, hair coloring, outfit, and so forth. It's a nice way to personalize, but some also feel it deviates far too much from what the original artists intentions were. I'm fond of seeing both, but I really, truly admire what you've done here. Not only did you preserve the style created, but you also added your own personal touch to it.

One of the things that really stands out to me is you took your "fragmented chaos" style of painting, and created something completely new and superb. The focus on detail here is absolutely astonishing. Her dress is simply gorgeous, and a big thanks to that is due to your style of painting. However, for myself to real star of it is that sword. That swords looks absolutely incredible. The detail to the hilt really blows my mind. Adding that bit of glow to it just helps give it that magical feel, so you can really tell it's Saber and that's Excalibur.

The lighting itself is the second star to me. I've become a huge sucker for good lighting over the years, and this piece has plenty of that. I can't imagine it's easy to pull off with your incredible style, and yet this work demonstrates how it looks like you seamlessly did it. From that sexy couch, to how Saber and her gorgeous outfit are lit, everything is done with care and detail. Especially with the embers themselves, which I'll get into in a little bit. Wait, I'll get into it now.

So the background itself. Back when I first saw this, it literally blew my mind. I was on vacation and I came on AP to check out a few things and I saw this and it rocked my world. I was like "Did Tsu have to make a deal to obtain such a level of talent?", because it's with this background that really makes this your strongest piece yet. Those embers are nothing short of gorgeous. You get the feel of a battleground, yet with the couch and Saber casually posed you get a completely different feel. For myself, it represents the elegance and beauty that Saber brings into everything she does, but now I'm reading too deeply into things. I cannot stress enough how much i love the dark colors with the gorgeous pops of color.

So, I've rambled enough. By far your strongest piece to date in my opinion. It tells such a deep story and really creates a strong, deep atmosphere while still being quite minimal in terms of your traditional backgrounds, and I really like that. A strong representation of how diverse your skills are. I seriously would not change anything.
