Yahoo, my 10th wallpaper \(^▼^)/ Celebration! ♪ ♫ ♪ ♫
And it gets ready before I go to holidays tomorrow ^_^ ...my english is super bad again tonight, I think ^_^"
So, now to the wallpaper. I watched out my notifications yesterday, and found all the messages about "the deletion
of 1000 wallpapers I made before" ;)
I searched for all of them on my PC (they where really very bad ^_^") and found one of my first vectors, based on
this screenshot.
The vector work needs a lot of time and was made with a lot of time... and with the same brush intensity at the complete
picture -_-"
Yepp, it was really ugly. But I thought, the motive was really cool. So I tried it again.
I started with the well (which was an mistake, I delete it later complete and painted it new) and put the shadows of the
vases around it. Then the light reflections and the shadows of the room. And delete and paint new a lot of things -_- My
worst mistake was an experiment of shadows, I tried out, and the result was really ugly, and when I want to delete the
layer - I realized that I had painted on the layer of the vases D: so I had to paint all vases again T__T
The next step was Ponyo. And she was the most difficult part. At the background it was OK don't having any
contours, but after painting Ponyo in the same style... she looks like a zombie, with big black eyes and no borders
anywhere... so I tried out 5 different kinds of contours on her... and used a combination of the 2nd and 3rd try at the
end ;)
Finally I put the light to the fountain. The try to let off the light behind Ponyo for making it shining brighter looked
quiet silly, so I dimmed it that you can see the cool background ;D
And than I tried it out on my desktop, and it looked... like one yellow area with ponyo in it -_-" so I open it again and made a lot of experiments with the contrast and color and with putting here and there another line... and here finally is the result ^_^
I used my most beloved program Photoshop and my also most beloved tool the Bamboo-tablet for this work ♥ Needed about 6 to 8 hours yesterday and today for it.

One thing i would think would help is a bit more defined (more contrast) of shadows on the background. Seems to be a quite bright light emanating from the central opening there, so dark shadows would be present along certain surfaces.
It would still be good even if you didnt make any changes however, that's just my two cents :D
