Awesome work for a first timer. I always like vector walls but couldn't get the time to learn.

My FIRST vector work, be gentle. I see Tama-Neko's stuff and I joined Vectorness club. So I figured if some ppl can do it so can I. Although I rarely used the pen tool. But I practiced a good deal and started tracin. I thought on add in the oultines but I decided against it. It looked nice. You may noticed her obi is differently made cause I didn't liked the original. So I made it with sakura brushes. And for the BG. Shinta's brush trees and my old sakura tree strategy make the trees. I also made the sunrays as well. Bottom line: I really like this work. I wanted to try something different. I know is isn't at smooth but I tried. Will I do another vector work....You BET!! ^^

really nice work ded :D and ur vector is really good :D i vectored jo from bakuten in one of my walls without using the pentool XD it made me literally sick lol, hard work! i'm comfy with the pen tool now so i might try vectoring too! anyhoo keep it up :D

i really like the background xD never thought you could make backgrounds that simple yet good :3 the scan is nicely traced can't see any errors...[yet] XD good choice of colors for the background...really nice wallpaper

With this few comments that makes me a little unappreciated. It took days to do the vectoring alone. Makes me want to not make more...

bg could use some more work.........or just better textures >=d!, but u did great on teh vectoring part >=D
and maybe u should remove teh grass >=P

Just one thing if i may.. on the lef hand side of the face just below the hairline it seams that the face outer line is distorted, like it was bitten of or something. Probabli a glitch in the vector conversion. You should be able to correct it manually. It's not a big deal but since it is on the face it's visible.. :)
Otherwise the wallp. is reaaaly good!!!!! great work!!!!
